CANCELLATIONS AND REFUND:

If the reservation is cancelled more than 60 (sixty) days prior to the scheduled Check-In date, Owner will refund all Guest funds paid. If the reservation is cancelled within 60 (sixty) days prior to the scheduled Check-In date, Owner will refund 50% of Guest funds paid. Reservation is non-refundable if canceled within 30 (Thirty) days to scheduled check-in date.
